Used as an anti viral, to reduce flu/cold like symptoms, antispetic, antibacterial, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, aids in lung health (expectorant), intestinal problems, astringent, hemorrhoids, bruises/wounds, sores in the mouth, diaphoretic, calming.
